Dashboard
The module features a dashboard where you can quickly access Fast Track insights and a shortcut to add new employees to your Fast Track. (Read more about Fast Track here.)
Additionally, the dashboard provides statistics on:
Joiners vs. Leavers, showing the number of new hires over the year compared to the number of departures (specifically tracking employees with values in the fields “employment start” and “employment end” on the employee data card).

Employee turnover
Shows an overview of first-year turnover vs overall turnover. First-year turnover is the percentages of new hires who leaves before 12 months employment and overall turnover is the percentage of the entire staff population who left their job:
Boarding engagement
Finally, there is an overview of the status of all your sent engagements —how many are completed, started but not completed, and never started.
